At Upstreet Supply, we specialize in upcycled, vintage, and secondhand items, which are sold as-is with no returns, refunds, or exchanges.


1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the unique nature of our products, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect size, fit, or color preference
  • Change of mind
  • Signs of wear or minor imperfections inherent to vintage and pre-owned items

2. Item Condition & Transparency

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and clear photos of every item. Since many of our products are vintage or upcycled, they may have minor wear, fading, or other characteristics that add to their uniqueness.

Please review all product details carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about an item, feel free to contact us before placing an order.


3. Order Issues & Exceptions

While we do not accept returns, we will consider exceptions if:

  • You receive the wrong item (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).
  • Your order arrives damaged due to shipping (must be documented with photos and reported within 48 hours of delivery).

4. Shipping Responsibility

  • Lost or Delayed Packages: Once an order is shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.). Upstreet Supply is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments.
  • Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address cannot be refunded or reshipped.
